It's a premium network feature that gives your mobile data priority on our network during busy times.

This means:

• You can experience up to 4x faster speeds when connected to our 5G+ FastTrack

• Or up to 2x faster speeds on 4G or 5G connections

While connected to the 5G+ FastTrack, you're eligible for our minimum speed guarantee. Read our FAQ, ‘What does guaranteed minimum speeds mean?' for more details.

5G+ FastTrack uses a new technology called network slicing. In simple terms, this creates a dedicated "lane" on the network for your data, helping it move faster and more reliably - specially when lots of people are online at the same time.

You don't need to do anything - it's automatically active when you're connected to our 5G+ FastTrack on a Vodafone SuperMobile plan and eligible phone. You can check when you'll have 5G+ FastTrack connectivity on our network status checker page

Access to premium network features like 5G+ FastTrack is available for up to 600GB of data each month. After this, you can still use your data as normal, but without up to 4x faster speeds (until your next billing cycle).

When you choose a Vodafone SuperMobile plan, you'll experience our fastest plan ever with up to 4x faster speeds in busy areas. This is when connected to our 5G+ FastTrack and in comparison to our standard Vodafone Mobile plans.

When you're not connected to our 5G+ FastTrack, you'll experience up to 2x faster speeds on 4G or 5G connections.

You'll need a device and SIM card that's 5G+ compatible to experience the full benefits of our 5G+ FastTrack. On 4G or standard 5G, you can still benefit from improved speeds - up to 2x faster where available.

Vodafone SuperMobile's 5G+ FastTrack takes this a step further. When you're in a 5G+ FastTrack area with a compatible device and plan, it helps keep you moving on our fastest network experience with up to 4x faster speeds, even in busy places. To get the most out of the 5G+ FastTrack, you'll need coverage in your area, a compatible 5G+ device, and a Vodafone SuperMobile plan.

Vodafone SuperMobile is the UK's only plan to come with guaranteed minimum speeds. If your experience consistently falls below 15Mbps, you can contact us to leave your plan early - without paying an early exit fee (subject to validation checks and terms and conditions).

We'll work with you to understand your experience and verify performance before processing your request.

Vodafone SuperMobile features, including 5G+ FastTrack, are currently available on Vodafone's UK network only. When roaming, your data experience will depend on the partner network in that country.

The UK's only plan with guaranteed minimum speeds. If it does not deliver you are free to leave without penalty: Only Vodafone SuperMobile plans combines a minimum guaranteed download speed with the ability to leave your Airtime Plan without paying an early termination charge, provided you meet certain criteria and if Vodafone confirms the applicable minimum guaranteed speed is not being achieved and is unable to rectify the issue within 30 days.
