Vodafone Advantage terms

The following terms apply to the Vodafone Advantage Programme (the "Programme") between:

Vodafone Limited (company number 01471587) of Vodafone House, The Connection, Newbury, Berkshire, RG142FN England ("we" or "us"); and

The individual eligible for the Programme ("you").

The Programme terms are in addition to the terms for the Offer 1 and Offer 2 Plans (together the Eligible Plans, available at vodafone.co.uk/terms.

Eligibility

1. To be eligible for the Vodafone Advantage Offers you must be:

  • a) a new Vodafone customer; or an existing customer upgrading, at the end of your minimum term, to any of the Eligible Plans;
  • b) an employee or contractor of a business that is a confirmed participant of the Programme, (including the NHS, Military and MoD) when you enter into any of the Eligible Plans;
  • c) at least 18 years old;
  • d) with a bank account; and
  • e) a permanent resident in the UK.

2. Eligible Plans are subject to availability, location, a satisfactory credit check and terms.

3. The Vodafone Advantage Offers cannot be used on pre-existing orders for any plans, including any Eligible Plans.

Vodafone Advantage Offers

Offer 1:

4. The Discount is only available to eligible customers with any of the following Pay Monthly plans:

  • a) 24-month handset airtime plans; and
  • b) 12- and 24-month SIM only plans and iPad and tablet data plans.

(each an "Offer 1 Plan").

5. If you have an Offer 1 Plan, a discount will be applied to its monthly price for the duration of the minimum term unless the Offer 1 Plan is upgraded, amended or otherwise terminated ("the Discount") as follows:

  • a) 25% per month for 24-month handset airtime plans; or
  • b) 20% per month for 12- and 24-month SIM only plans and iPad and tablet data plans.

6. The Discount does not apply to any other or additional charges incurred outside the standard monthly price (such as, but not limited to, roaming charges).

Offer 2:

7. Gift Cards are only available to eligible customers with a 24-month Standard or Pro Home Broadband plan (each an "Offer 2 Plan").

8. If you have an Offer 2 Plan, you will receive either:

  • a) An £80 Gift Card for 24-month Vodafone Standard Home Broadband plans; or
  • b) A £130 Gift Card for 24-month Vodafone Pro Home Broadband plans,

(each a "Gift Card", together "Gift Cards").

9. Gift Cards are subject to availability and can be claimed through Buyapowa Limited (company number 07574698) of Unit 3, The Glasshouse, Royal Oak Yard, London, England, SE1 3GE ("Buyapowa"). We may substitute a Gift Card with another offer of similar value if Gift Cards are not available due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Gift Cards are not negotiable, transferable or exchangeable for cash and no cash alternative is available.

11. Gift Cards are subject to Buyapowa terms and conditions available at buyapowa.com/platform-terms-and-conditions/.

General

12. The Discount and Gift Cards cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts or promotions (including gifts with purchase and Vodafone Together) or early upgrades using our annual upgrade promise.

13. Prices quoted include VAT where applicable.

14. The Discount and Gift Cards do not apply to any plans other than Eligible Plans, such as but not limited to:

  • a) pay as you go plans;
  • b) 30-day SIM only plans;
  • c) VOXI plans;
  • d) mobile broadband or WiFi plans (including dongles);
  • e) basics plans;
  • f) business accounts or business mobile or broadband/ landline plans; and
  • g) Home Broadband Essentials or 12-month plans.

15. To claim the Discount or Gift Cards, you must:

  • a) go to vodafone.co.uk/mobile/discounts/vodafone-advantage (the "Portal") and complete the form using your work email address. If you do not have a work email address, you must submit a copy of your company ID or letter of employment for approval;
  • b) once approved, you can use your work email address to buy any of the Eligible Plans online at vodafone.co.uk;
  • c) for Offer 1 Plans, enter your Discount code, accessible via the Portal, at the checkout and the Discount will be applied automatically;
  • d) for Offer 2 Plans, you will receive a link, within 45 days of your service activation date, directly from Buyapowa to claim your Gift Card.

16. Should you leave the employment of the Programme's participant, it is your responsibility to update the email address associated with the account to which your Eligible Plan(s) is connected.

17. Plans purchased through our partners and other affiliate sites are excluded from the Discount and Gift Cards.

18. The Discount on Offer 1 Plans are available to you and up to five (5) friends or family members (six (6) Discounts in total). To claim the Discount for friends of family, you must use the Portal to generate Discount codes and share the code(s) with them. The Discount code must be applied at checkout at the point of sale. If you/friends or family don't do this, you/friends or family will not be eligible for the Discount as it cannot be added after purchase.

19. Gift Cards for Offer 2 Plans are limited to one (1) per employee.

20. No third-party entries, bulk entries or entries submitted by agents will be accepted. We reserve the right to verify your eligibility for the Vodafone Advantage Offers. We may require such information as we consider reasonably necessary for the purpose of verifying your eligibility (and your compliance with the Programme terms) and Discounts and/or Gift Cards may be withheld unless and until we are satisfied with the verification.

21. We reserve the right to review, change or cancel the Programme without notice unless any changes are to your detriment, in which case, we will notify you. Any changes to the Programme will not affect the Discount within the minimum term of an Offer 1 Plan, or result in Gift Cards, already issued to you with an Offer 2 Plan, being cancelled.

22. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Company, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances accept any liability to you for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of the Programme whether such liability arises in contract, tort (including without limitation negligence) or otherwise. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot be limited or excluded by law, including without limitation liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

23. These programme terms and any dispute or claim (including non-contractual disputes or claims) arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
