Tell us about your illness, or another Vodafone customer's, and you can request changes to a Vodafone account free of charge. You (or your representative) can close the account, change to Pay as you go, or transfer the account to someone else.

Proof of terminal illness (optional)
Providing proof of terminal illness is optional and allows us to process your request more quickly. If you're providing documents, these need to be on headed paper, signed by a medical professional and dated within the last 6-12 months.
If you're living in a care home, we also need a letter from the care home on headed paper confirming your residency and dated within the last 6-12 months.
