Vodafone launches One Touch Switch

New One Touch Switch makes switching to Vodafone’s reliable Full Fibre Broadband easier than ever.

Vodafone has today announced the launch of One Touch Switch, making it even easier for customers to switch to its reliable Full Fibre Broadband for less.

For new customers wishing to sign up for a Vodafone Broadband plan, One Touch Switch makes the whole process hassle free.

Vodafone will speak to the customers current broadband provider and handle the switchover to the new plan, saving them precious time and effort while speeding up the process at the same time.

In addition, Vodafone will offer up to £100* towards exit fees, so switching is even easier for those stuck in expensive contracts with other providers.

One Touch Switch means customers can now get access to reliable Full Fibre Broadband without the hassle, and for less, by switching to Vodafone – with BT customers saving over £340.** Vodafone mobile customers can save even more by combining mobile and broadband together, saving up to £4 off per month with Vodafone Together.

Vodafone offers the UK’s largest Full Fibre footprint of more than 15 million homes and the fastest speeds in more locations across the UK than any other major provider. Our broadband plans come with WiFi 6 as standard.

* Vodafone will cover your early termination charges from your previous broadband provider of an equivalent amount, up to a maximum of £100. The switching credit will be given to you as an account credit and this amount is VAT inclusive. You must switch to one of the following Vodafone Standard or Pro home broadband plans (an “Eligible Plan“):

Eligibility

To qualify for this offer, you must:

  • Be a new Vodafone customer who signs up for an Eligible Plan.
  • Currently have a contract with another UK broadband provider.
  • Have been charged an early termination or cancellation fee by your previous provider to leave your contract early (this does not include standard monthly fees or outstanding charges).

Important Note: This offer is only available if you purchase your plan directly from Vodafone, online, in-store or over the phone. Purchases made through a third-party (e.g., Currys, Quidco, TopCashback) are not eligible for this Offer.

How to Claim Your Credit

  1. Provide Proof of Charges: You must provide a copy of your bill from your previous provider that clearly shows the early termination or cancellation fees you were charged. We’ll ask you to upload this evidence after you have ordered an Eligible Plan.
  2. Claim Deadline: You must submit your claim within 90 days of your Vodafone home broadband service being activated.
  3. Credit Application: Once we’ve reviewed and processed your request, we’ll apply the credit (either £25, £50 or £100, depending on the plan) to your Vodafone account within 30 days.

  • This offer cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • The switching credit will be given to you as an account credit and this amount is VAT inclusive.

**** One Touch Switching (OTS) will ensure a single switching process across all fixed providers for the first time. Customers will only have to contact their new provider, who then becomes responsible for ensuring the informed consent to the switch is obtained. One Touch Switching will introduce a third-party hub-site (TOTSCo) to facilitate information transfer between parties.
