For the second year running, Vodafone has been named in the top 10 of the ‘UK’s Best Workplaces’ by Great Place to Work.
Vodafone has been named one of the top 10 places to work in the UK by Great Place to Work in its list of the ‘UK’s Best Workplaces 2024’. The recognition marks the second year in a row that Vodafone has placed in the top 10 of the Super Large category.
The annual list is based on a survey of approximately 250,000 employees across all companies that placed, with each individual asked to respond to roughly 60 questions. These confidential answers make up 85% of the evaluation, while the further 15% is based on an assessment of daily experiences across a number of areas, from innovation and company values to leadership effectiveness.
This year’s results saw 81% of employees at Vodafone UK say it is a great place to work versus 54% at a ‘typical UK-based company’. Beyond this, more than 90% said: when you join the company, you are made to feel welcome (91%); people are treated fairly regardless of sexual orientation (95%) and race (93%); and they are able to take time off from work when they think it necessary (93%).
