By adding Xbox Game Pass to their Pay Monthly plans, Vodafone customers can play hundreds of PC and console games.
Vodafone Pay Monthly mobile customers can now add Xbox Game Pass to their bill using Vodafone’s ‘Add to Plan’ feature. Vodafone customers can choose from two versions of Microsoft’s game subscription service, with both offering access to hundreds of games. The continuously updated catalogue includes titles from well-known franchises such as Call of Duty, Forza and Age of Empires.
Vodafone customers can choose either PC Game Pass for £9.99 a month or Xbox Game Pass Ultimate for £14.99 a month.
With PC Game Pass, you’ll be able to play hundreds of games on your Windows PC. Any new games released on PC Game Pass will be available on the same day as they’re available for standalone purchase from non-subscription stores, also known as ‘day one’ availability.
How cloud gaming could make consoles and PCs obsolete
Just as Netflix sidelined DVDs, streaming games over the internet could transform the gaming industry - as long as developers overcome several barriers first.
With Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, players also receive ‘day one’ access to new games. They are able to play hundreds of games on a Windows PC, Xbox console, and across other devices – such as iPhones, iPads, Fire TVs and Android phones – through the power of cloud gaming. To get the best gameplay experience from cloud gaming, you’ll need a fast and stable internet connection, such as full fibre home broadband or 5G from Vodafone. As with PC Game Pass, any new games are available from ‘day one’.
Xbox Game Pass is the latest entertainment service that Vodafone Pay Monthly mobile customers can add to their plans, alongside DAZN, Netflix and discovery+. By using this ‘Add to Plan’ feature from Vodafone, customers can conveniently have multiple subscriptions all on one bill.
Services available using ‘Add to Plan’ are in addition to the entertainment services that are available inclusive with select Vodafone Pay Monthly mobile plans, namely Disney+ Premium, YouTube Premium and Amazon Prime.
