Vodafone youth brand VOXI - which lets customers use selected social, music and video apps as much as they like without eating into their general data allowance - has added to its award collection.
VOXI has walked away from Expert Reviews’ Mobile Network Awards 2024 with three accolades, retaining the Best Mobile Network award for the second year running. Alongside the main award, VOXI was also named this year’s Most Reliable and Best Value.
The awards, which ask more than 2,000 consumers to rate their mobile network in three key categories – reliability, value and customer service – saw 100% of VOXI customers say they are satisfied with the value they receive.

VOXI Mobile is boosting its data allowance on its monthly £10 and £15 plans, for new and existing customers.
Expert Reviews also found that 94% of VOXI customers would recommend the network, with 98% stating that they always, or often, had a fast enough connection for general web browsing.
This is the fourth year running that Expert Reviews has published its Mobile Network Awards, and VOXI will be eyeing a clean sweep in 2025, having recently launched its AI chatbot to help transform its digital customer services.
