Vodafone wins Best Network Provider at Trusted Reviews Awards 2020

Vodafone has been named as the Best Network Provider of the Year by readers of leading technology advice website, Trusted Reviews. The award is voted for by customers.

Voters praised Vodafone for its rollout of 5G, great selection of phones and attractive offers.

The Trusted Reviews win is the latest in a series of awards won by Vodafone. Network experts umlaut tested across London and found that Vodafone has the capital’s best 5G network. The 5G Week Awards recognised Vodafone as the ‘operator with the best industry deployment’.

And the 2020 Mobile Industry Awards named Vodafone ‘Best High Street Retailer’ and ‘Best Network for Loyalty & Retention’, as well as awarding the prestigious ‘Person of the Year’ title to Vodafone UK CEO, Nick Jeffery.

Vodafone continues to invest heavily in its network. As a result, customers have access to some of the fastest data speeds around with Vodafone 5G. Customers can access 5G in more places across Europe than any other network, with 54 locations in the UK and a further 193 across Germany, Spain, Italy and Ireland. Ongoing 4G investment also ensures customers can enjoy great connectivity wherever they are in the UK.

Meanwhile, recent initiatives include the introduction of the Annual Upgrade Promise, which gives customers the opportunity to unbox the latest iPhone every year without upgrade fees.
