How can you get Vodafone Xchange?
You need to choose a phone that’s eligible for Xchange. Xchange will only be available on phones in the iPhone 16 series and pristine refurbished phones.

When can you use Vodafone Xchange?
You can exchange your phone from a year before your Phone Plan ends, so the exact date will depend on your plan length. For example, if you choose a 24-month Phone Plan, you can get a new phone after 12 months. If you choose a 36-month Phone Plan, you can get a new phone after 24 months.
