Your Airtime Plan bill explained
Firstly, tell us a bit about you
Your first Airtime Plan bill
Your monthly Airtime bill from us will cover things like your minutes, texts and data. Your new plan is a little different to your current plan so here's a recap of why your first bill might be a bit higher than you expected.
Got a Phone or Watch Plan?
If you’ve taken out a new Phone or Watch Plan with us, you won't see the payments for this on your Airtime bill.
You can find your Phone or Watch Plan documents and payment schedule through the My Vodafone app
What your next Airtime Plan bill will include
The first few days
Your bill will include the few days between starting your new Airtime Plan and your bill being produced.
The next month in advance
This will be the full monthly price for your Airtime Plan. We always charge you for the month ahead, rather than the month just gone.
One-off charges
If you've added any charges to your bill, for example the one-time upfront cost of a new device or a delivery fee – this will show as a 'one time charge' on your bill.
Out of plan charges
If you exceed your monthly allowance of minutes, texts or data this will also be in your bill.
