We offer two types of warranty:

If you bought a phone before 26 July 2023, you’ll be covered by our Two-Year Warranty (this used to be known as our Total Care Warranty). You’ll also be covered by our Two-Year Warranty if you’ve bought a watch or tablet from us, or buy one in the future. It’ll last two years from when you bought your device and will cover against manufacturer faults and repairs. This includes all our Apple products – that’s one year more than the manufacturer warranty.
