Unlock your phone or SIM

If you want to unlock a device that’s locked to our network, you’ll need a Network Unlock Code (NUC). If you already have one, you can unlock your phone. If not, you can request one.

Before you request a Network Unlock Code

Many of our devices, including all phones bought from us after 1 January 2022, are already unlocked. Try using a SIM from another network in your phone before requesting a NUC code – if it works, your phone is already unlocked.

Please note: If you’re moving to another network and want to keep your number, you’ll also need a PAC. Or if you’d like a new number from your new network, you’ll need to request a STAC.

We’re excited to begin our partnership in connectivity. To join us, you’ll need to have your switching code (PAC or STAC) from the network you’re on at the moment.

To keep your existing number, we’ll need your PAC.

If you’d like a new number with us, you’ll need your STAC.

If you’ve entered an incorrect PIN too many times or forgotten your PIN, we’ll lock your SIM for security purposes and you won’t be able to access your phone.

If you want to unlock it, you’ll need a Personal Unblocking Key (PUK). To get this, you’ll need to call us on 03333 040 191. Standard call charges apply.
