iPad Pro has a higher resolution at 2732x2048, helping to bring out even the smallest detail in your games, video and photos.
Camera
iPad Air (2019) has an 8-megapixel rear camera with a medium f/2.4 aperture that takes clear photos with beautiful definition in low light. iPad Pro 12.9 (2018) has a 12-megapixel camera that captures even more stunning detail, and a wider f/1.8 aperture that’s designed to take even better photos in low light. It also has a 5x zoom, and takes even more detailed panoramas.
When it comes to video, iPad Air records in HD video, whereas iPad Pro records in 4K. And iPad Air has a FaceTime HD camera, but iPad Pro comes with Apple’s TrueDepth camera – so you can use Face ID security, or have fun turning yourself into an Animoji.
