If cover for a tablet is required, select a non-Rapid version (replacement tablets cannot be delivered via Rapid).
Replacement devices can only be delivered to UK addresses. Your business must be based in the UK and have a UK postcode. The business account holder who has a contract with us must be over 18 years old.
You can take out insurance when you buy your new device, or at any time as long as your device is less than 18 months old and you have an active Vodafone Airtime Plan with a Device Plan. You’ll then be charged once a month and the minimum term is three months. You can cancel at any point in your contract – we just need 30 days’ notice. If you cancel before the three-month minimum period is up, you’ll need to pay premiums for the rest of the three-month term.
You can make up to three successful claims in a 12-month period, at which point your policy will be cancelled.

Vodafone Rapid
For policies with Vodafone Rapid, we’ll aim to get a replacement device delivered to almost anywhere in the UK within 4 hours**– complete with a new SIM if you need one. To prove our commitment, we’ll even give you £10 for every full hour the delivery takes beyond the 4-hour window***.
Out of Warranty? No problem
No need to worry if your device stops working after its warranty has expired. Whichever cover you choose, once your claim has been approved we’ll repair or replace it.
Cover for authorised users
We understand that devices may belong to the business as a whole and be shared between employees. That’s why our insurance automatically covers anyone who’s authorised to use the device in question – giving you one less thing to worry about.
Unlimited worldwide cover
Your employees need the flexibility to take phones and tablets anywhere, any time. If something should happen to a device on a business trip, a repair or replacement can be arranged as soon as your employee is back in the UK.

If something is wrong with your device, whether it’s damaged, has been lost, stolen or has simply stopped working (out of warranty), it’s our job to get it sorted for you as quickly and painlessly as possible. And that’s our aim.
All you have to do is call us on 0333 304 3346 or +44 7836 191 191 from abroad and we'll get straight onto it. If you have Rapid on your policy please call 0330 041 6515 (opening hours - 8am-8pm Mon-Fri, 9am to 6pm Sat).
Once your claim is approved, you’ll be up and running again in no time. While you wait for your replacement or before you send it off for repair, if your device is damaged or has broken down we recommend you back it up to an external device or to the cloud if you can (we appreciate how important your contacts and data are to you). Remove any memory or SIM cards and remove 'find my phone', which can be accessed over the web as well as via your device if it’s working.
I want to cancel the insurance for my business device (up to 25 devices)
This page is for businesses who want to cancel insurance for up to 25 devices.
You can cancel your business or corporate insurance by two ways:
By phone
You can cancel your business or corporate insurance by contacting Vodafone Insurance Services on 03333 043 346
The line is open from 8am to 8pm on Monday to Friday, and 9am to 6pm on weekends and bank holidays.
By email
You must send an email to vfukcancellations@assurant.com providing:
Your full name
Your company name
The mobile number[s] linked to the device[s] that your insurance protects
The first line of your address and postcode on your Vodafone account
The make[s] and model[s] of the device you want to cancel the insurance on
The email address on your Vodafone account – unless you’re already using it to send the email
This inbox is monitored Monday to Friday, 8am to 5:30pm. Your request will either be completed within one working day, or you’ll be contacted during these times.
If more information is needed or your Vodafone account can’t be verified, you’ll receive an email to let you know. Your insurance won’t be cancelled until all the required information is received and confirmed with you, or your Vodafone account is verified.
When cancelling the insurance, part refunds will be applied based on the date of the initial cancellation request.
What if I’m within my three-month minimum period?
If you’re outside your 30-day cooling off period but still within the three-month minimum period, you won’t be able to cancel the insurance until that period has ended. Payments will continue until the end of the minimum period if you request cancellation now.
