With One Touch Switch, it’s quick and easy to switch to Vodafone broadband. Once you’ve chosen a plan with us, we’ll handle everything. No need to cancel before switching - we’ll even contact your current provider to let them know you’re leaving.

Are leaving fees covered?

If you’ve taken out a 24-month plan with us, but have leaving fees from your old provider, you can apply for switching credit. The amount you can apply for depends on the plan you take with us.

Up to £25 switching credit

On Fibre 1, Fibre 2, Full Fibre 74 or Full Fibre 80

Up to £50 switching credit

On Full Fibre 150

Up to £100 switching credit

On Full Fibre 500, Full Fibre 910, Full Fibre 1.6, Full Fibre 1.8 or Full Fibre 2.2

The switching credit will be given to you as an account credit and this amount is VAT inclusive.
We'll contact you within 14 to 30 days of your broadband activation with details on how to claim your switching credit.

How long does it take to switch?

Switching to Vodafone broadband can vary depending on the plan you take out with us and the contract you have with your old provider. Once you’ve chosen your Vodafone plan, we’ll be in touch with your old provider and will let you know the exact date you’ll be able to switch.
